WOMEN'S MENTORING, COACHING & COUNSELING

Being a wife, mother, and woman in the world today is challenging. There is so much pressure to look a certain way and always perform at high levels in our homes, at the gym, on the ball field, in our churches, our workplaces and all the other environments we find ourselves in. There are so many expectations put on us by all of the audiences in our lives, however, often times I think the highest expectations are those that we place on ourselves in our own minds.

Over the past 53 years, I have learned that my identity first comes from God, who He says I am, who He is in me, and how He works through me, and NOT the way I look or what I am or am not good at. He makes me be the best, healthiest version of myself.

My life journey has been filled with many ups and downs, the first 30 years of it was without Christ, and the past 23 years has been with Christ’s guidance and direction. He has the answers, they are found in His Word, from other trusted Christ centered followers, and through prayer and hearing His still small voice. My desire is to come alongside you to be a good listener, a loyal and trusted confidante, and a reasonable voice. I will provide you a safe place to be seen and heard.

I will seek His Word and use my life experiences to help you navigate through your own journey without judgement. I have been successful working in the corporate world, at a church, and now for a small business, I have experienced great loss, severe health issues, a divorce, a re-marriage, I have I have raised 3 children to adulthood (JP, Julia, and Mia) and have had a wonderful marriage for the past 22 years with my husband Dan. I have professionally mentored and coached hundreds of people, and I sincerely feel gifted in this area and know that God has blessed me with genuine care and concern for people and their success in all areas of life. I am always so pumped when I see breakthrough,  healing, and life change, I will go through the trenches with you and celebrate with you on the other side.

Please know, I am an open book willing to allow God to use my past hurts,  experiences, healings, victories, and the knowledge of His Word to help you in your life. This is not about me; it is about you and who who He has created you to be, and I am here for it. Will you join me?

The process is pretty simple and straight forward. We typically meet weekly either virtually or in-person and start to peel back these four critical areas of your life, 1.) Your personal/spiritual life, 2.) Your marriage, 3.) Your parenting, and if you choose, 4.) Your professional life.

In all of these areas, I bring my life experiences, practical application ideas you can immediately implement, resources and tools, Biblical understanding and correlations, and what we all need, accountability!
